Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) application support and coordination service (the "Service") and its clients. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Scope of Service
The Service includes the following:
- Support with preparing RPL application forms and systematically organising work, education, and workplace evidence
- Guidance on the structure, review, and further preparation of supporting evidence
- Application process guidance and communication support with the relevant RTO during the application period
- Progress and outcome updates, including delivery of qualification-related electronic documents supplied by the issuing organisation on completion
- Support with receiving and forwarding hard-copy documents where applicable
The Service provides administrative support throughout the RPL application, including document preparation, process coordination, communication assistance, and delivery of completion documents where applicable. The Service operator is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and does not conduct assessments or issue qualifications.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, clients must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Agree to these Terms of Service
- Provide accurate information required for the Service
- Be seeking a qualification recognised in or by Australia
3. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information throughout the use of the Service. If false or inaccurate information is provided, the Service may be immediately terminated and the client bears full responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.
4. Service Role and Assessment Authority
The Service role and the RTO's independent authority are distinguished as follows:
- The Service provides support from application preparation through application-period coordination and completion-document delivery, but does not guarantee a qualification outcome.
- Final assessment and qualification issuance are determined solely by the relevant Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- Submission of documents does not automatically result in the granting of a qualification.
- The relevant RTO independently applies its assessment criteria and processes. The Service can assist with communication but cannot influence the RTO's decision.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to this website and the Service, including text, images, and document templates, remain the property of the Service operator. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any such content for purposes beyond the intended use of the Service without authorisation.
6. Service Modifications
The Service operator reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue the Service, including its content, pricing, and operation, without prior notice. Where possible, clients will be notified in advance of material changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service operator shall not be held legally responsible for:
- Failure to obtain a qualification as a result of an RTO's assessment decision
- Outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Service
- The Service operator provides guidance, document organisation, progress coordination, and communication support, but is not responsible for independent assessment decisions or outcomes made by the RTO.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate Australian courts.
